Getting started
1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”Open wiki.gethivemind.co and sign in with the account provided by your administrator.
2. Choose a space
Section titled “2. Choose a space”The sidebar shows the spaces you can access. Open the space that owns the subject you are working on.
If you cannot see the space you expected, ask its owner or your administrator to check your access.
3. Browse the page tree
Section titled “3. Browse the page tree”Pages can be nested beneath other pages. Use the page tree to move from a broad subject to more specific information.
4. Create a useful page
Section titled “4. Create a useful page”Choose New page, give the page a clear title, and write the smallest useful version first. A good first page usually answers:
- What is this?
- Who is it for?
- What should the reader do?
- Who owns keeping it current?
5. Search before creating another page
Section titled “5. Search before creating another page”Use search to check whether the subject already exists. Improving an existing page is usually better than creating a near-duplicate.
