Search and find knowledge

Use the main search when you know a title, client name, project name, identifier, or phrase that is likely to appear on the page.

Start with the most distinctive term. Add another word only if the result list is too broad.

If you know which team or project owns the information, open its space and scan the page tree. Browsing is often faster than searching for a broad term.

  1. Try a synonym or a shorter search.
  2. Check that you are in the correct organization.
  3. Confirm that you have access to the likely space.
  4. Ask the page owner or your administrator.

Search respects your permissions. A page you cannot access will not appear in your results.
