Search and find knowledge
Search by exact words
Section titled “Search by exact words”Use the main search when you know a title, client name, project name, identifier, or phrase that is likely to appear on the page.
Start with the most distinctive term. Add another word only if the result list is too broad.
Browse when you know the owner
Section titled “Browse when you know the owner”If you know which team or project owns the information, open its space and scan the page tree. Browsing is often faster than searching for a broad term.
