Create and edit pages
Create a page
Section titled “Create a page”- Open the space that should own the information.
- Choose New page.
- Give the page a specific title.
- Write the smallest complete answer.
- Save the page and check that it appears in the right place.
Edit an existing page
Section titled “Edit an existing page”Open the page and choose Edit. Preserve useful context, update outdated instructions, and explain significant changes when the reason is not obvious.
Revision history lets authorized members review earlier versions.
Keep pages easy to scan
Section titled “Keep pages easy to scan”- Start with a one-sentence summary.
- Use headings that answer likely questions.
- Prefer short lists for steps and requirements.
- Link to the source rather than copying information that changes elsewhere.
- Split a page when it contains two different jobs for the reader.
Link related knowledge
Section titled “Link related knowledge”Use normal links or wiki links to connect related pages. Links make navigation easier and help the knowledge graph show how subjects relate.
Attachments and rich blocks
Section titled “Attachments and rich blocks”You can add supported images, files, tables, checklists, callouts, diagrams, and other rich blocks where they make the page clearer. Use them to explain—not to decorate.
